Barry's role is to monitor supplier audits, product specifications and to handle technical enquiries. 

Barry is our retained Technical consultant. He spent much of his career in the production and technical departments at the former ASDA Lofthouse facility. Lately, he has undertaken technical projects for small and medium sized meat businesses in the North West and North East.
