PORK

We supply fresh and frozen British Quality Assured Pork products (BQAP) with supermarket approvals. Sourced from the UK and across Europe the range comprises all cuts of pork and mince. Also pork legs for the production of sumptuous gammons.

Our frozen products ensure quality, juicy pork can be delivered almost anytime, anywhere. We have cold stores around the UK holding stocks of belly ribs from the major plants in Europe. We also manufacture pork products such as belly strips and boneless shoulder meat.

And then there’s everyone’s favourite, bacon. We source smoked and unsmoked bacon trims, sliced product - from leading UK and Irish plants which also produce the best gammon products and much more.

Prawns are imported from a number of countries in Asia including Vietnam, Bangladesh and China. Black Tiger and Freshwater and Vannamei prawns are just a sample of those available. Also white fish such as Whole and Filleted Pangasius, Cuttlefish, Octopus, Squid, Mackerel and more.

We are also proud to offer fish from the UK including Salmon, Cod, Haddock and Pollack.

Our approved partners from the UK, Europe and across the globe provide quality fresh and frozen beef products. We are BRC Accredited and pride ourselves on our traceability and provenance credentials. Our experienced sourcing team fully understand all aspects of the breeds, quality and age required. Products range from round cuts for roasting; to prime steaks for all forms of food service; to trimmings and offal for the manufacturing sector.

UK whole fresh birds of varying sizes, fillets, drumsticks, thighs, wings. Also boneless skinless thighs, diced breast, whole fillets or Poussin. We also have fully traceable EU chicken fillets available which are just perfect for the catering sector.

Frozen raw and cooked products are sourced globally from countries including Brazil, Thailand and China. Cooked fillets, coated chicken, steamed, roasted and fry-steamed chicken, oriental bites and snacks, kebabs and skewers. Also frozen products from the UK and Europe.

Fresh and frozen turkey with a supreme depth of flavour and tenderness. We can supply whole turkeys, joints, butterflies and so much more.

We have fresh Turkey Butterflies available weekly, our Turkey is mainly Male, skin on, x wing and medallion meat, this is a totally boneless product, supplied vac packed. Should you need individual Turkey breast Lobes (half of a full breast) we can source for you.

Bulk supply of Turkey is always available – if you need to buy out of season frozen, full loads are available – normally 22 pallets, cut, prepared and blast frozen to order, giving you the edge on price due to volume purchasing.
